Abstract

El problema clave de la economía socialista consiste en elevar por todos los medios la eficiencia de la producción social, que es la producción industrial. El nivel de la eficiencia de la producción determina, en un grado decisivo la posibilidad del ulterior progreso económico y social de la sociedad. Todos los esfuerzos de los trabajadores y todos los recursos de la economía deben estar dirigidos a solucionar este problema. Tanto al elaborar los planes, así como en el proceso de su realización, cualquier cuestión debe analizarse desde un punto de vista: en qué medida la decisión tomada facilita la elevación de la eficiencia de la producción. Al cumplimiento de esta tarea contribuye el análisis profundo y sistemático de la actividad productiva y económica de las empresas industriales.
