Las Estructuras Organizativas De Dirección Y Su Diseño

Abstract

Este trabajo se ha basado fundamentalmente sobre las estructuras organizativas de dirección. Se realizan análisis acerca de las partes que componen a estas y los patrones estructurales que más se manifiestan en las organizaciones. El diseño de estas estructuras también ha sido objeto de análisis, fundamentalmente acerca de los enfoques más utilizados y los parámetros a tener en cuenta en el momento de acometer dicha faena. Además se mencionan las principales características de las configuraciones estructurales más actuales y las nuevas tendencias que se asumen respecto al diseño de las mismas. Se detallan los parámetros a considerar en el rediseño de las estructuras organizativas de dirección y se resalta el papel de la superestructura como elemento clave en este proceso, así como los mecanismos de coordinación y los encadenamientos laterales.
