Abstract

La evolución en plano empresarial se ha conceptualizado lo referido a la aplicación de la dirección estratégica como herramienta que debe ser valorada por las ventajas que le permiten un anticipación a los acontecimientos venideros siempre sobre el soporte de una estrategia empresarial que viabilice el camino a seguir. La realidad reflejan que un considerable numero no se materialicen por una inadecuada implementación fundamenta la investigación que se realizara en el sector empresarial de la Municipalidad de Banes, Holguín; Cuba con el objetivo de mostrar los métodos utilizados por administrativos y concepción de un modelo que sirva como guía y no esquema a auxiliarse para resolver los problemas de llevar a la práctica el gran plan.
