La Inteligencia Empresarial: Análisis Teórico Y Pasos Para Su Implementación En El Contexto Cubano

Abstract

En el trabajo se realiza un estudio teórico de la innovación- generación del conocimiento- competitividad en la empresa, y cómo debe crearse una cultura de innovación en las mismas. Se explica la relación entre tecnología y conocimiento, y el papel de la información en el ambiente empresarial. Se introduce el concepto de Inteligencia Empresarial, que indistintamente es llamado Inteligencia Organizacional o Corporativa; y un acercamiento hacia la modalidad de la Inteligencia Tecnológica. Las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones son de vital importancia: se resume su impacto en la nueva empresa. En forma de pasos se explica cómo insertar en las empresas el Sistema de Inteligencia Empresarial (SIE), que permitirá a las organizaciones crear un producto inteligente, como efecto del proceso de captación, análisis y diseminación de la información. Se aborda, por su importancia en estos procesos, la presencia de los Recursos Humanos.
