La Obsolescencia De La Gestión De Negocios En Materia Civil En El Estado De Tamaulipas

Abstract

Señalado así por los juristas José de Jesús López Monroy y Alicica Elena Pérez Duarte y N., “la obligación (…) es un vínculo jurídico por el que somos constreñidos por la necesidad de pagar…”. Los motivos por los que ellas pueden surgir son variados. Las obligaciones que adquirimos por los actos que realizamos, voluntaria o involuntariamente, son detalladas y enumeradas por la ley. La figura jurídica que hoy es objeto de este estudio es la gestión de negocios. Ésta es fuente de obligaciones y está reglamentada en nuestra legislación. En la primera parte analizo los elementos de la gestión de negocios. En la segunda parte expongo un panorama actual comparado de esta fuente de las obligaciones. En la tercera y última parte muestro que no se manejan casos por gestión de negocios en Tamaulipas.
