Abstract

Para administrar y organizar una empresa de forma eficiente, se precisa diseñar el procedimiento de cada una de las operaciones y actividades que en ella se realizan. Al hacerlo, se requiere tener en cuenta todos aquellos elementos que posibiliten que las operaciones, transacciones y actividades se ejecuten de forma homogénea por las unidades organizativas de la entidad. Cada dirigente, funcionario y trabajador debe conocer no sólo las especificaciones organizativas y técnicas de su trabajo, sino también el alcance de sus funciones y responsabilidades.
