Estructura De Financiamiento De Las Pymes Exportadoras Mexicanas. Análisis De Política De Deuda

Abstract

Se hace un estudio de las pymes exportadoras mexicanas del área metropolitana de Monterrey Nuevo León y del Distrito Federal para determinar cuál es el patrón de financiamiento de este tipo de empresa y saber que fuente de recursos prefieren ante la iniciativa de financiar sus actividades y activos. Se aplicó un análisis multivariado Clúster para tratar de encontrar grupos de empresas homologas en torno a las razones financieras que involucran la solvencia de la empresa utilizando 5 variables: ROE, apalancamiento financiero, capital a pasivo total, costo de capital y Deuda a pasivo total. Se encontró que hay 4 tipos de empresas, Clúster 1. Empresas cuya mayor fuente de financiamiento es de recursos propios y el resto de financiamiento externo, Clúster 2. Empresas cuya mayor fuente de financiamiento es de deuda y el resto del financiamiento con recursos propios, Clúster 3. Empresas cuya mayor fuente de financiamiento es de deuda y el resto del financiamiento con recursos propios y la más rentable de la muestra y el Clúster 4. Empresas cuya mayor fuente de financiamiento es de deuda y el resto del financiamiento con recursos propios además de ser la empresa más apalancada.
