Procedimiento Para El Diagnóstico De La Gestión De Marketing En Organizaciones Del Sector Empresarial Cubano

Abstract

Considerando las insuficiencias presentes en la gestión de marketing en organizaciones del sector empresarial cubano, las cuales repercuten desfavorablemente en la satisfacción de las necesidades de la población, se diseña un procedimiento para diagnosticar la gestión de marketing basado, precisamente, en los fundamentos que esta ciencia aporta. A pesar que las disposiciones emitidas para el desarrollo del proceso de perfeccionamiento empresarial incluyen una amplia guía de diagnóstico de todos los sistemas que contempla, es oportuno tener en cuenta los preceptos científicos en que se basa el enfoque de marketing para que este sistema se pueda desarrollar en toda la profundidad y amplitud que exige, en correspondencia con las características de la empresa.
