Metodología Para El Diseño Y Aplicación De Sistemas De Pago

Abstract

En las empresas cubanas a partir de la década del 90 del siglo XX, se han aplicado múltiples sistemas de pago y de estimulación por los resultados finales de la producción o servicios, cambiando en el 2008 a sistemas de pago por resultados de los trabajadores abarcados en el sistema. Los sistemas de pago aplicados en Cuba son establecidos a partir de normas jurídicas, generalmente resoluciones emitidas por el Ministerio de Trabajo Seguridad Social. Estos sistemas han logrado potenciar el factor motivacional de los trabajadores por un mayor y mejor desempeño y han contribuido en gran medida al incremento de la productividad del trabajo de los trabajadores incluidos en los mismos, aunque su impacto en los indicadores generales de la empresa no son sustanciales además en ocasiones han generado también problemas por pagos sin respaldo productivo, debido fundamentalmente a deficiencias en su diseño y aplicación.
