Abstract

La determinación de los costos de producción posibilita conocer los gastos materiales, mano de obra y otros elementos que intervienen en el proceso productivo, permite a la administración conocer, analizar y tomar medidas oportunas en aras de un buen desarrollo. En el presente trabajo hemos analizado los resultados obtenidos en esta actividad durante los cinco años, diseñando un sistema sencillo para ser aplicado en la agricultura urbana, teniendo en cuenta que esta actividad esta carente de esta guía de trabajo.
