Abstract

El trabajo se realizó en la unidad Presupuestada Electromedicina Provincial, donde se realizo investigaciones en la disciplina de Auditoria con el objetivo de implementar conceptos de las asignaturas Costo para el Control y la Toma de Decisiones, Administración Financiera Gubernamental y Auditoria de Gestión, llevando a cabo todo lo relacionado con ellas en esta entidad. Con este trabajo se pudo presentar el organigrama donde se logro demostrar la disposición de las actividades y el informe de los gastos, logrando que fluya la información de abajo hacia arriba o viceversa a través de su clasificación funcional, analizando las diferentes alternativas que hallan conllevado a la toma de decisiones con la posibilidad de hacer o comprar un producto realizando los pagos de los tributos y haciendo un análisis profundo en el departamento de recursos humanos con el fin de definir cuales son las principales actividades que obstaculizan la eficiencia de dicha actividad.
