Abstract

La función de la Planeación Estratégica constituye en la actualidad, sin lugar a dudas, una fuente de ventaja sostenible para las empresas, sobre todo, si se le concede a las políticas y prácticas una dimensión competitiva. En este contexto, es imprescindible disponer de instrumentos que permitan medir la forma en que tal función es desarrollada en las empresas; ese es precisamente el propósito de la Planeación Estratégica.
