Abstract

Estamos asistiendo “Al entierro del viejo Estado colonial y racista” sostuvo, en una intervención fogosa, el Vicepresidente de Bolivia (23 de Enero 2010 – periódico Cambio) reafirmando la posición indigenista y el “proceso de cambio”, como prioridad nacional, que conduce el gobierno del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS-IPSP) a efectos de resolver los problemas relativos a la dependencia del imperialismo, la soberanía, el atraso, la pobreza, la liberación del indio y el trato especial que se le debe dar en compensación a los siglos de discriminación y abuso en la sociedad y el Estado.
