Necesidad De La Reforma Agraria Y La Solución A La Problemática Agropecuaria

Abstract

“La llamada cuestión agraria se ha definido históricamente como el complejo de causas y condiciones que caracterizan la solución de la sociedad rural y su lugar en la estructura y proceso de la sociedad global.” Al analizar este complejo aspecto se debe destacar que en la sociedad subdesarrollada, el componente agropecuario es un componente esencial de su formación, dependencia y contradicciones, por lo que la solución de esto hay que vincularlo al proceso de cambios económicos, políticos y sociales que se efectúan en todo país. Y hasta ahora, la reforma agraria, o la aplicación de reformas agrarias a respondido a causas y condiciones objetivas de un país en cuestión. Por lo que en Cuba tanto la primera y segunda ley de reforma agraria darían solución a uno de los grandes problemas que Fidel expresa en la Historia me Absolverá, es decir el problema de la Tierra.
