Abstract

La ficha de costo (más conocida en Cuba como ficha de precio) es parte indisoluble de la planeación, control y toma de decisiones. Su correcto cálculo constituye una herramienta eficaz en manos de la dirección de la organización, pues esta ficha ayuda a garantizar la veracidad de los costos, que se haga un análisis de los resultados, y una adecuada medición de la eficiencia con que se desarrolla el proceso productivo. Tales exigencias, conllevan a una certera determinación de la misma teniendo en cuenta las condiciones específicas bajo las cuales se lleva a cabo el proceso de producción.
