Abstract

La planificación juega un importante papel para el desarrollo económico de un país y de una localidad en particular y aun toma más fuerza la planificación concretada en el sistema de planes, todo ello con un rasgo distintivo fundamental, que lo constituye el enfoque con que se practica la planificación: enfoque estratégico, prioridad al aspecto financiero y la eficiencia económica empresarial.
