Abstract

En esta fase del capitalismo, la forma en la que se incluyan los territorios depende de la cantidad y tipo de recursos socio económico como fuerzas impulsoras. Los nuevos procesos en marcha requieren del surgimiento de economías competitivas que favorezcan la pequeña escala y la producción flexible y en red, así como de una relocalización múltiple y preponderancia de los territorios donde se abre un espacio para el desarrollo local que debe ser visto como un proceso endógeno de cambio estructural.
