Abstract

La gestión de los inventarios constituye un aspecto fundamental en la gestión empresarial, dentro de la tendencia general de reducción de costos que caracteriza a la empresa moderna para ser cada día más competitiva. La presente investigación titulada “Optimización de la gestión de inventarios en la Sucursal Cemex de Las Tunas” tiene como objetivo, diseñar y aplicar un procedimiento sobre la base de técnicas e instrumentos estadísticos matemáticos que posibiliten el perfeccionamiento de la gestión de inventarios.
