Salarios de eficiencia y el desempleo en México

Abstract

El presente escrito pretende dar cuenta sobre la posible relación entre el desempleo y los salarios de eficiencia en México. Para ello, se realiza una revisión teórica sobre las diferentes posturas que explican la teoría de los salarios de eficiencia. Con base en dicho sustento, se realiza un debate para argumentar si tal teoría es aplicable para una denominada economía emergente, como lo es nuestro país. Para evitar ambigüedades, la propia teoría establece que la diferencia salarial aplica solamente a algunos sectores. De manera que también se indagará sobre las ramas que encuadran dentro de esta propuesta en el ámbito nacional.
