Abstract

Hace unos cuantos meses atrás, tuve la oportunidad de dar una pequeña charla en Panamá, ante alumnos y algunos empresarios interesados en ver como estaba haciendo Perú para ser considerado uno de los países con mejor perspectiva de crecimiento en Latinoamérica y en el mundo.
