Monografía De Auditoría De Gestión A Los Recursos Humanos

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta se realizó con el objetivo de proporcionar una Monografía de Auditoria de Gestión a los Recursos Humanos que permita al docente que imparte la asignatura Auditoría de Gestión en los Centros de Enseñanza Superior preparar las clases, a la vez que sirve como bibliografía para el estudiante. Este trabajo se desarrolló debido a la carencia de bibliografía para impartir este tema de vital importancia en nuestro contexto cubano actual. Además contribuye a la implementación de este tipo de auditoría en nuestro país en aras de responder a las necesidades de las entidades en cuanto a la evaluación del grado de economía, eficiencia y eficacia con que se lleva a cabo el Proceso de Control de Gestión de los Recursos Humanos que en ella coexisten. Por último, se arriban a conclusiones tales que para impartir esta asignatura se requiere de una Bibliografía que contribuya a preparar la misma, y se recomienda su utilización para la impartición del contenido.
