Abstract

Regularmente pensamos que los campesinos están inmersos únicamente en actividades agrícolas, alejados de las zonas urbanas, desvinculados a la tecnología y las costumbres citadinas. Como si fueran sujetos pre-modernos que se resisten a insertarse en los mercados competitivos.
