Abstract

Las Pymes en México habían sido un sector productivo olvidado por las grandes corporaciones y proveedores de soluciones de Tecnologías de Información, las cuales en la actualidad son muy eficientes, pero también son productos muy caros que requieren la compra de licencias y contratos anuales para su correcto funcionamiento. Hacen falta productos eficientes y al alcance del presupuesto de las Pymes para una mejor administración de tiempos y recursos humanos y tecnológicos en materia de publicidad. Sin embargo hoy en dia hay un nuevo lenguaje que esta hablando el mundo entero y cada vez mas usuarios se unen a el, es: red social. Las redes sociales es el lugar donde se encuentra un mercado que poco a poco esta siendo utilizado para la publicidad y el comercio el cual debe ser abordado y aprovechado por las PyMES.
