Desafíos Emergentes De Las Empresas Recuperadas: De La Imposibilidad Teórica A La Práctica De La Posibilidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye un avance investigativo sobre las transformaciones emergentes en los Procesos de Recuperación de Empresas por sus trabajadores en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. En discusión con otras hipótesis se desarrolla un análisis de la reproducción del proceso y de atributos del carácter social de las unidades productivas resultantes del proceso. En esta dirección, analizamos en que medida, el desarrollo productivo de estas experiencias ha estado asociado a una conservación y profundización de los procesos de igualación social que registramos en sus orígenes o por el contrario estos han tendido a su reversión. Nuestra hipótesis sugiere que en esta dimensión, al menos en lo atinente al criterio de retribución laboral, se desarrolla un proceso de desigualación estructurado a partir de la forma originaria que asumió el proceso de recuperación de las empresas.
