Las Reformas Constitucionales Y El Estado Plurinacional

Abstract

El hombre, en esta etapa de la historia, comprendió que mientras viva en una sociedad dividida y conformada por clases sociales y sometido a la economía no logrará resolver ni superar sus antagonismos históricos expresados en: a) La lucha de clases; la explotación del hombre por el hombre; el dominio de una clase social sobre otra; el atraso y toda forma de expoliación, exclusión, discriminación, opresión y represión. Y b) El sistema de propiedad y el modo de producción, desarrollados en la sociedad dividida en clases sociales, que definieron que el hombre viva sometido a la economía y no a la inversa; a partir del estadio medio de la barbarie y profundizado en el esclavismo, el feudalismo, el capitalismo y el denominado “socialismo”.
