Abstract

El artículo constituye un estudio dogmático de las facultades constitucionales del Estado Mexicano como rector de la economía nacional, en tres aspectos básico: la rectoría de la economía mixta, el resguardo de áreas estratégicas y prioritarias, y el establecimiento de un Sistema Nacional de Planeación Democrática.
