Abstract

La artesanía comprende, básicamente, obras y trabajos realizados manualmente y con poca o nula intervención de maquinaria, habitualmente son objetos decorativos o de uso común. La empresas dedicadas a esta actividad o sector económico, realizan la función de producción y comercialización de sus productos, siendo en su mayoría talleres familiares que carecen de elementos o conocimientos que le permitan el crecimiento de sus negocios, sin embargo, la aportación que realizan instituciones gubernamentales o investigadores interesados en aportar sus conocimientos servirán de apoyo para no dejar desprotegido el sector.
