Abstract

El trabajo investigativo titulado “Procedimiento para determinar las necesidades de capacitación de los directivos en Empresas del Sector Alimentario de Las Tunas” se realizó con el objetivo de elaborar un procedimiento que permita determinar las necesidades de capacitación de los directivos en dichas entidades, a partir de las cuales será posible diseñar un Sistema de Acciones que contribuya a la formación y desarrollo de los mismos y que eleve su capacidad de respuesta a las exigencias del entorno. El procedimiento está compuesto por 8 etapas y se distingue de otros en su concepción como elemento de instrucción para la realización de la determinación de las necesidades de capacitación de los directivos y poder replicar la experiencia en empresas de características similares.
