Consideraciones Sobre La Regulación Jurídica De La Letra De Cambio En Cuba

Abstract

En presente trabajo se realiza una investigación relacionada con la regulación de la Letra de Cambio en el Ordenamiento Jurídico Cubano, analizándose los principales elementos vinculados con la misma y su forma de inclusión en la norma de derecho, entre estos el endoso, el aval, el protesto, las acciones y otros que dan vida a al título, en las relaciones cambiarias que se producen en el país. Se analizan de manera crítica, legislaciones como el Código de Comercio y Resoluciones emitidas por el Banco Central de Cuba para arribar a una valoración de la regulación efectiva o no de la institución.
