La Producción Del Plusvalor Y La Intensificación: Expresión Rápida Del Tiempo De Trabajo

Abstract

En los procesos de producción se genera el plusvalor, para ello se requiere de la intensificación del trabajo, a través de los tiempos de trabajo, estos deben ser rápidos. Para ello se requiere el cálculo racional del trabajo orientados a la productividad y la eficiencia, los migrantes perciben estas exigencias y coacciones en sus experiencias en la producción. También se analizan algunos casos sobre las formas de trabajo y la racionalidad de la eficiencia. Por último se analiza el tiempo de las jornadas de trabajo de manera general y después de se analiza las jornadas por sectores productivos.
