Propuesta De Un Programa De Auditoria Para Evaluar La Gestión Del Grupo Comercial De La Empresa Grafica Integral

Abstract

El trabajo responde a la necesidad de integrar la Auditoría de Gestión a un sistema de control que permita el incremento del grado de economía, eficiencia y eficacia de todos los recursos con que dispone el Grupo Comercial de la Empresa Gráfica Integral #1. El aporte del mismo consiste en que el programa propuesto puede aplicarse en la entidad objeto de la investigación y en otras entidades con actividades similares teniendo presente las características de cada una. Es imprescindible que se conozcan las ventajas que proporciona este tipo de auditoría, al poner al descubierto las fallas que producen efectos negativos en la gestión de las entidades, permitiendo la corrección de estas y por ende, elevar el grado de economía, eficiencia y eficacia.
