Abstract

La globalización ha permitido avances en los procesos de integración social, económica y política; donde las posibilidades de comunicación abiertas por la internet generan todo tipo de informaciones positivas y negativas que alteran rápidamente la conciencia colectiva de la comunidad global; permitiendo la movilidad de todos los factores productivos con excepción de los recursos naturales, donde la agricultura ha tenido restricciones debido a factores sanitarios, regulatorios y de conveniencia; que hacen que la producción primaria se oriente principalmente al mercado nacional, aunque no necesariamente sea el caso para los productos procesados (Suárez, 2001; Arias, 2008) .
