Replicación Del Conocimiento Interno: El Caso Del Portal Empresarial De Cemex

Abstract

En este artículo se muestran evidencias de los esfuerzos que ha realizado una gran empresa mexicana en las labores de integración apoyándose en su portal empresarial. Las funcionalidades básicas de un portal empresarial fueron el punto de partida para construir una estrategia corporativa que cubriera: (1) la codificación y difusión de conocimientos en contenidos; (2) la promoción de un ambiente para colaborar y compartir; (3) el fomento de redes de coordinación y comunicación; (4) el establecimiento de un canal de comunicación empresarial; y (5) la difusión de un repositorio común de información.
