Experiência Em Açude De Água Doce: O Caso Do Epitácio Pessoa Em Boqueirão-Paraíba

Abstract

Este trabajo comenzó de un Proyecto desarrollado cerca al azud Epitácio Pessoa, en ciudad de Boqueirão, estado de Paraíba, en el año de 1983, cuya actividad de producción fue un trabajo ligado a la pesca en agua potable, con participación de diversas familias sacando su sobrevivencia diaria. El intermediario fue el gran beneficiario en tal proceso. Con el Proyecto en evidencia, conseguió una gran transformación para el pueblo pescador, cuyo trabajo fue artesanal; la comercialización era fragil, por su dependencia de los trabajadores a los atravesadores, y a la pobreza que parecía ser ad eaternun para aquella populación, que no acreditaba en cambiar su modo de vida, tal cual estaba envuelto en aquello momento. En verdad, sanóse este problema. Algunos tempos después, volvióse a la situación precaria anterior al Proyecto, devido a la salida de los orientadores del Modulo-pescado, de la falta de voluntad de los envolvidos en asumir el trabajo que fue bién orientado por la actuación de los tecnicos, y la sequía feroz que volvió a tomar cuenta del ambiente.
