Abstract

La tendencia creciente a la globalización de la economía y el comercio internacional, junto a los logros científico-técnicos alcanzados, han elevado considerablemente el papel de la calidad como factor determinante en el proceso de la producción y los servicios. Lograr productos y servicios de alta calidad se ha convertido en una condición indispensable para obtener altos índices de productividad y eficiencia económica, además de hacerlos competitivos en función de colocarlos en el Mercado Internacional.
