Mitos Y Soberanía Bajo La Lupa De La Experiencia Argentina

Abstract

Los mitos más recurrentes de los ministros de economía en los países emergentes, y en los muy endeudados particularmente, tienen que ver con los corsets que yacen sobre la política económica debidos a la institucionalidad financiera internacional. No obstante, varios errores que se repiten en dicho razonamiento terminan por sustentar un “pensamiento único” que abona a la inacción y a la aceptación acrítica de las recetas “reformistas”. La evidencia empírica de Argentina en los últimos años no sólo cuestiona dichos mitos, sino que se convirtió en un reto para la institucionalidad financiera internacional, agregándole incertidumbre desde la óptica de los financistas privados a lo que se le suman los cambios geopolíticos que también la increpan.
