Abstract

La implantación del IVA del 2% a los bienes exentos de la canasta familiar, tendría un impacto en el consumo de hogares del 1,42%, logrando un recaudo de cerca de 2,6 billones de pesos. Más este escenario no es real ya que el problema de facturación plantea otros escenarios diferentes al planteado. Por otra parte este tributo causará serios efecto en el consumo de ciertos bienes que no son los tributados como Servicios al vestuario y reparación del vehículos privados..
