Abstract

El pliego de peticiones de la Central Obrera Boliviana y las resoluciones adoptadas, referentes a la declaración de la huelga general indefinida. El Plan de lucha de la Central Obrera Departamental de Oruro consistente en: la abrogación del DS 21060 y de todas las leyes neoliberales; la reversión de las empresas capitalizadas en favor del Estado (ENTEL, ENFE, y otros); la nacionalización de los hidrocarburos y de las minas; la industrialización y diversificación económica usando nuestros recursos naturales.
