Abstract

La crisis de la revolución mundial, producto del fracaso de la política aplicada por los partidos comunistas (coexistencia pacifica, socialismo en un solo país, revolución por etapas, etc.) y particularmente del soviético, por haber sido la dirección que representó al sistema socialista, expresada en la desmembración de la URSS y la revolución política en los “países socialistas” muestra la ausencia de una dirección revolucionaria mundial. La revolución boliviana no es ajena a ese déficit razón por la que se halla, contenida y en peligro de producir la escisión del territorio y del Estado, que fue consolidado con experiencias de carácter semifeudal, liberal y nacionalistas hasta alcanzar el nivel de Estado Revolucionario, por efecto de la acción de las fuerzas neoliberales y regresivas del gobierno que no responden al interés nacional.
