El Proyecto De Constitución Y La Revolución Democrática

Abstract

La revolución democrática liberal es el resultado de la aplicación de la ideología. La burguesía, una vez que tomo el poder, en 1789 en Francia, lo efectivizó, para acelerar la destrucción de la estructura feudal y desplazar del poder a ese régimen. Se encuentra limitada por el poder constituido, sustentado por la ley, la Constitución Política del Estado, y el ordenamiento jurídico, liberal, vigente. En su ejecución, no es posible apartarse de la ley, sin lesionar intereses, derechos y obligaciones de las personas naturales y jurídicas (Estado, empresas, etc.) o de los sectores sociales que constituyen las clases sociales protegidas por el derecho, a través del Estado, porque cualquier infracción a la ley provoca una reacción social.
