Abstract

La Ley Galeras, pretende mediante su aplicación hasta el 31 de Diciembre del año 2020, la reactivación económica de la zona afectada por el pánico económico que suscita la frecuente reactivación del volcán Galeras. Esta zona directamente afectada del Departamento de Nariño, comprende a los municipios de Pasto, Nariño , La Florida, Consacá, Yacuanquer, Sandoná y Chachagüi.
