Abstract

Estos tres conceptos incluidos en la nueva Ley para el Derecho de las Personas en el Acceso de Bienes y Servicios, carecen no solo de caracterización sobre su perfeccionamiento, sino que igualmente, se lesiona el derecho a la defensa ante la posibilidad de acciones sin procedimiento administrativo previo.
