Abstract

La naturaleza otorgó, a los distintos países, el privilegio de contar con recursos naturales variados que son y fueron aprovechados, por los gobiernos que se preocuparon por elevar las condiciones de vida de sus poblaciones y sus estados, consolidando su soberanía e independencia, por medio de la expansión, el crecimiento y la diversificación de sus economías, que se expresa en el desarrollo industrial, agrario, ganadero, etc., que alcanzaron usando sus recursos naturales y el de otros estados, que permitieron su explotación y extracción como simples materias primas sin valor agregado.
