La Imagen Occidental De China: ¿Realidad O Parcialidad?

Abstract

Trabajo de investigación sobre el terreno que pretende contrastar la imagen que de la República Popular China se da en los medios de comunicación occidentales y que ha calado en nuestro imaginario, con la realidad de lo visto, vivido y escuchado en tres de las mayores urbes del país: Shanghai, Beijing y Chongqing. Se tratan, así, temas como la libertad de expresión, el desarrollo del país y sus costes medioambientales, las alianzas internacionales, el valor de la divisa o, simplemente, el sentir generalizado que uno percibe al pasear por sus calles.
