La Política Exterior Como Un Mecanismo Para El Proyecto De Modernización En La República Popular China: Desarrollos Discursivos Durante Los Periodos De Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin Y Hu Jintao

Abstract

En el trabajo se hace una descripción de los diferentes discursos de aproximación diplomática desarrollados por el liderazgo de la República Popular China desde el inicio del proyecto de modernización a finales de los años setenta hasta la actualidad así como la relación establecida entre el desarrollo interno con un entorno internacional más apropiado para los proyectos del régimen comunista. Durante este periodo de tiempo el discurso diplomático chino se ha caracterizado por mantener una coherencia entre la estabilidad política interna alcanzada tras el fin del maoísmo con un entorno pacífico en el sistema internacional; esta relación ha estado determinada por la necesidad de inversión extranjera en China y la colaboración de ese país con el exterior en aspectos científicos y tecnológicos.
