Três Décadas De Reformas: Um Pouco Sobre O Sobre A Estratégia E Os Desafios Do Projeto Chinês

Abstract

O momento em que se registra o 30º aniversário da implementação, pela China, da política de Reforma e Abertura é uma oportunidade impar para discussões e debates que busquem sínteses e reflexões acerca deste empreendimento que transformou a China e promete transformar o mundo nas próximas décadas. Tendo em vista que a contradição é o motor primário de qualquer processo de desenvolvimento, buscaremos relacionar o curso desenvolvimentista chinês com os desafios inerentes ao mesmo. Assim sendo, baseado na historicização e das múltiplas determinações deste projeto único lançaremos luz a algumas sínteses de toda essa alcatéia política, econômica e social que se desenrola sob o acicate sob o acicate de uma civilização de 5.000 anos, um Estado Nacional nascido antes de Cristo, de uma economia de mercado com mais de três milênios de existência e da maior revolução social ocorrida no século passado – a Revolução Nacional/Popular de 1949.
