Crisis de Darfur ¿Catalizador de Cambio de la Política Exterior China de No Ingerencia?

Abstract

El proceso de acercamiento entre India y la RPCh, a partir de la visita de Hu Jintao al Primer Ministro Indio Manmohan Singh en noviembre de 2006, tras una década sin promoción de las relaciones bilaterales a ese nivel dirigencial, y la Declaración Conjunta resultante de ese encuentro, reavivaron las hipótesis sobre la emergencia de un nuevo eje de poder en Asia, que jugará un rol determinante en las relaciones internacionales en el siglo XXI: el eje ChIndia.
