Rendimiento y determinación de la relación costo – beneficio, en la producción de lechuga y brócoli en un período crítico

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo mejorar los cultivos en el periodo crítico de malezas de la producción de lechuga y brócoli mediante la evaluación de la influencia de la maleza en el rendimiento y determinación de la relación costo - beneficio. La metodología fue en base al rendimiento obtenido por hectárea expresado en porcentaje, el tratamiento limpio de malezas durante todo el ciclo (testigo) representa el 100% de producción. El punto de intersección entre las dos curvas ascendente y descendente constituye el periodo crítico, en lechuga fue a los 38 días y la fase fenológica de roseta resulto la más sensible; en brócoli fue a los 51,5 días y la fase fenológica afectada fue en la formación de las partes comestibles. Los tratamientos que dieron una mayor relación costo - beneficio en lechuga y brócoli fueron las parcelas que permanecieron libre de malezas durante todo su ciclo alcanzando valores de 2,99 y 1,87 respectivamente.
