La vivienda social bioclimática sostenible en México, Chile y Ecuador

Abstract

El propósito de este estudio se enfoca en describir soluciones de habitabilidad para viviendas enfocadas a las clases sociales más baja. Ya que uno de los problemas más graves de las ciudades latinoamericanas son las condiciones precarias de la vivienda, lo cual genera que las personas busquen respuestas alternativas a la vivienda como son los asentamientos informales que por lo general se dan en las periferias de las ciudades. De esta manera, nacen los proyectos de unidad habitacional, donde se experimenta una nueva arquitectura dirigida a clientes que cuentan con un bajo poder adquisitivo y menores recursos a diferencia de los demás. Se obtuvo como principal resultado que, al construir una vivienda social, se la diseña considerando las condiciones climáticas, lo que permite concluir que los diseños habitacionales profundizan la eficiencia de recursos y se puede contrarrestar los efectos negativos ambientales.
