Anã Lisis Del Capital Social En La Costa De Oaxaca Mã‰Xico

Abstract

Este artículo 1 se desarrolla en dos partes, en la primera se realizó una revisión de las principales transformaciones que sufre el concepto de Capital Social comenzando por los estudios de David Hume en el siglo XVIII, hasta la concepción de Lechner (2000) y del Banco Mundial en el 2010. La segunda parte muestra los resultados obtenidos sobre Capital Social del Proyecto “Organizaciones Sociales Productivas como estrategia para la elevación de la calidad de vida de la Región Costa de Oaxaca†trabajo de campo realizado en enero-febrero del 2015 generando un análisis del capital social para comprobar si este ha contribuido de forma importante para la generación de bienestar de la Región. Demostrando la existencia de capital social en la zona y una baja importante en los niveles de pobreza extrema en los últimos 15 años. Pudiendo concluir que el Capital Social si es un detonador importante de procesos de desarrollo endógeno.
